Lengths are measured straight from crown to ends, so wavy textures sit shorter than the stated length. If you are between two lengths, the longer one usually gives the look you have in mind. Our wig guide has more help.

Most adults wear a medium cap. Measure around your hairline, from the front, behind the ears and across the nape, and email us your measurement if you would like help before ordering.

We ship free to US addresses from a US warehouse. Carrier transit is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, and you will get tracking by email when your order ships. See our shipping policy.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will put it right. Our returns policy explains this and what we can do if you change your mind.
