Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States: all 50 states and Washington, DC. We are not able to ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses or to US territories at this time. Please use a street address where possible, as some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

When your order will arrive

Orders ship from a US warehouse operated by our fulfilment partner. When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Carrier transit within the US is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not shipped within 7 business days of purchase, we will email you with an update and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Duties and taxes

Orders are shipped within the United States, so there are no import duties. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us immediately; we can update it until the order is dispatched.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours or your building, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
