2. These terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

4. Our products and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can and list only the details we can verify. Model images on this website are AI-generated styling concepts and are not photographs of the actual products. Colour, wave pattern and volume can vary slightly between units and from what you see on screen.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Your order

After you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

7. Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. The products become yours once we have received full payment, and they are at your risk once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Returns and faulty items

Returns, cancellations and faulty items are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

9. Using this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use. The content of this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow certain limitations of liability; where that is the case, these limitations apply only as far as the law allows.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you, and you may cancel an affected order for a full refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
